Visitation Ministry: Our commitment at First Lutheran Church to sharing the love of Jesus Christ is possibly most evident through this group! Their ministry includes visitation of those that are ill, in nursing homes, homebound, or in need of a congregational "hug" for support during a time of trial. This group includes a card ministry, shawl ministry, prayer chain, quilting groups and pastoral and lay visits and follow-up.
Bereavement Visitation: God calls Christians to comfort those who mourn. First Lutheran has a wonderful group of people who conduct berveavement visits 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after the death of a loved one.
